The new iPhone 14 Plus’s review embargo is finally over and the phone is officially launching on October 14th – is this the iPhone for you? Check out the reviews down below and form your opinion from these lovely lovers of tech!
The iPhone 14 Plus is a bit of a weird release and the exact user base Apple is meant to be targeting is… confusing. So hopefully all these reviews can help give us an idea of the exact mindset for this new iPhone:
MKBHD, Marques Brownlee – Marques gives us a great power-user’s look at the new iPhone 14 Plus and also uses this video as a great platform to talk about performance benchmarks and how much they actually mean for the usability of the device, iPhone 14 Plus included.
iJustine – Justine is always a great source of evenhanded, if a little biased, criticism of Apple products and her iPhone 14 Plus review is no different. She gives a lovely rundown of the new device as well as a quick look at all the available colors and how they look in some of Apple’s cases – which let’s be real, is the true test of a new iPhone. Gotta be stylish.
Brian Tong – Brian’s review is a must-watch for anyone who could be on the fence between the iPhone 14 Plus and it’s more mature professional brother, the iPhone 14 Pro Max. Reason stands that unless you need the additional features of the iPhone 14 Pro Max, then you should be fine with the iPhone 14 Plus… right? Check out Brian’s review, it’s great… and I’m definitely not biased because we have the same first name. Nope. Definitely not. 10/10 hair btw.
Dom Esposito – Dom’s review is a very nice, real life take on what it’s actually like to use the new iPhone 14 Plus as your daily driver after a couple of days. Dom gives you straight up facts, no nonsense opinions and all in 5 minutes. You can’t go wrong there!
TechMeOut – Now here is a textbook, straight to the point unboxing. TechMeOut’s iPhone 14 Plus unboxing gives you a great quick look at all your goodies (or lack thereof) that you get in box with your new device. They also give you a lovely look at the awesome purple color, which makes me want candy every time I see it, thanks Apple.
So there ya go! If you can’t make up your mind after watching this collection of reviews of the iPhone 14 Plus then you should probably just buy them all. Apple and Tim Cook did not pay me to say that last sentence, though I do accept bribes in all forms of payment including Subway gift cards.
